Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or requesting services from Carlsbad Precision LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Carlsbad Precision LLC provides CNC machining, precision manufacturing, prototyping, and related fabrication services.

All services are subject to:

  • Written quotation approval

  • Material availability

  • Production capacity

  • Engineering review

  • Final confirmation by the Company

We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing is based on information provided at the time of quotation.

  • Changes to drawings, tolerances, materials, finishes, or quantities may require re-quotation.

  • Shipping, special testing, certification, or compliance requirements may be billed separately unless included in the quote.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is due within the stated invoice terms.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of future work.

All goods remain property of Carlsbad Precision LLC until paid in full.

Engineering & Specifications

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate drawings

  • Tolerance requirements

  • Material specifications

  • Finish requirements

  • Special certifications (ITAR, AS standards, etc.)

We manufacture strictly to the specifications provided.
Carlsbad Precision LLC is not responsible for design errors supplied by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, files, and proprietary information submitted by clients remain the property of the client.

We treat all submitted materials as confidential and do not disclose client intellectual property without written authorization, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Carlsbad Precision LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Production delays beyond reasonable control

Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

Delivery & Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Material shortages

  • Force majeure events

  • Carrier/shipping delays

Returns & Claims

Claims for non-conforming parts must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of delivery.

Returned goods require prior written authorization.

You may not:

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
